Our Board of Directors

Three of the four Air Whanganui directors are the next generation of the original founders of the Company, and proudly carry the legacy of Pam Williams, Gordon Swan and John Keesing, respected and successful entrepreneurs who founded a number of businesses in Whanganui, and were passionate about Whanganui, as are we.

  • Philippa Williams

    CHAIR

    Philippa is an experienced business woman, with a background in public relations, investment management and holds a number of governance roles. Philippa grew up in Whanganui and resides in Wellington.

  • Jeannie Warnock

    Jeannie is an experienced director and former lawyer who specialised in commercial property development and infrastructure projects.  She began her legal career in the Whanganui firm, Treadwell Gordon, in partnership with her father but, for most of her career, practised in Wellington.

  • Heather McGregor

    Heather has a business analyst background, is a director of Whanganui based company, Tasman Tanning, and a school board trustee. She grew up in Whanganui and now resides in Hawke’s Bay.

  • Jeff Whitlock

    Jeff is a chartered accountant and principal partner of the Whanganui accounting firm Moore Markhams. Jeff holds a number of Governance roles, grew up in Whanganui and resides there.
